Detailed description: After initial scan, results appeared for a moment & disappeared. How is any report helpful if you get nothing but a glimpse? Now, all I see is the “No Alerts” message.

What is the error message you are seeing? “No New Alerts”

Please run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine.
~ my Identity Protection - Dashboard recently (as I recall) updated.
Please try signing out at Norton 360 Home & signing out at your Norton account.
Please Restart (not Shut down) machine.
Please try signing out all Norton + sign in at Norton 360 - Home and sign in at your Norton account.

I have not & it’s quite frustrating. I do appreciate your help in trying to figure this out
