HELP - locked phone and device cancelled

Hi, two days ago I have changed the sim of my Samsung galaxy 2 and the phone was locked because my password was not recognized (because I updated to  version 3.x of Norton mobile security few months ago). I went on the web site and there the device resulted unlocked as there were no problems. In a moment of "blackout" I cancelled the device from my account.

I contacted the helpdesk 2 days ago but they don't know how to help.

Can you assist me with this?
