First of all I have Symantec antivirus, I'm sorry I do not know what version. I recently have had two viruses on my computer. First I had a Trojan fake av then I had a suspicious innuendo. For both these viruses I tried to clean/delete them. In the risk history it says both are only partially deleted. I have tried to move them into quarantine but it will not let me. In the Trojan history it says all parts were successful but only partially deleted. In the suspicious innuendo it says one part was unsuccessful and left alone (!!??) and it says partially deleted, reboot required. I have restarted my computer several time and this doesn't work. Please please help me get rid of these viruses and/or move them into quarantine.
on a second note the av virus was giving me false sites and I think I signed up for a fake Symantec site with a username password etc. I'm not sure what that can do to my computer but I now realize that this is the real site and I am scared of what the fake site will do. Please please help me,
