Help - NAV for MAC 12 Virus Definitions not Downloading

Hello,

 

I have set up Norton on my Mac. But when I try to scan I keep getting the message 'The scan failed because of a scan engine problem.  Run LiveUpdate to get the latest version.'

Then when I run LiveUpdate it will download everything except 'NAV for Mac 12 Virus Definitions'. It seems this is a necessary component to get Norton working, but it will not download. Everythinng else seems to be fine.

 

Any help  and advice is greatly appreciated.
