Symantec Endpoint Protection(SEP) has found Trojan.Zeroaccess on my PC. Since then SEP detect occasionally detect the files infected by Trojan.Zeroaccess and Trojan.Maljava!gen23.
So I tried both Zeroaccess Fix Tool from Symantec and Norton Power Eraser, but nothing changed.
I am most grateful if anyone could help me remove Zeroaccess completely from my PC, which is running on Windows 7 Pro, SP1.
Thanks in advance,
