Help needed please

I like many others having done the recent update for Norton 360 now I am unable to do a quick scan or a full scan, I know that Norton are aware of this problem and say their working on a fix. what I want to know is how long does this take ??? as I do a full scan daily I am stressing out at not being able to.

I have downloaded the new Norton onto 2 laptops, one is working fine and it found and sorted new things on my laptop and I think these will be also on the one I cant scan.

I don't alter things on the laptop as I am not technical in anyway shape or form.

Any advise please anyone.
