Help needed with error 20008 on Dark Web Monitoring enrolment

I have been a Norton subscriber for a long time now, but I am finally reaching that point where I am so frustrated by trying to get some support that I am close to looking for something to replace Norton and get me out of this mess. There is no easy way to get help. The help notes are way out of date (saying the solution will be provided in March - it is now November 11th - and if they mean next March then I am definitely leaving this product behind in the dust).

Will someone from Norton PLEASE just contact me in the normal way so that I can fix what is a very expensive solution? I will not be renewing my subscription if I do not hear from Norton support within the next week.

Error: "20008" when clicking on Dark Web Monitoring from My Norton portal
We are aware of an ongoing issue with Dark Web Monitoring where you may receive Error "20008" while accessing the feature from the portal. We are working to enable this function from backend so that you can start using this feature. This is expected to be completed by middle of March.
We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime.

Dark Web Setup error

I have Norton 360 deluxe. trying to setup the dark web . Getting an error that there isn't an active subscription. Error code 20008.
