This afternoon while on my HP notebook I did the usual norton updates.
An error occured saying I needed to download the removal tool and then download Norton internet security again as this usually solved the problem.
I did this and everything is ok again but when I just logged into my Norton account against the HP Notebook its saying TRIAL I pay annually for up to 3 devises and I am only using 2 WHY is it saying its a TRIAL
Is there anyone who can help me out on this, I am no techy.
