Help! New Hard Drive Has Wiped Out Norton Internet Security - How Do I Re-install?

Hi guys,

I need help!

I bought a refurbished laptop from PC world and bought Norton Internet Security to use on it (around April). Before long, I started to receive error messages and eventually the hard drive completely failed. I returned my laptop to PC World for them to replace the hard drive last week.

This morning I received my laptop back with a new hard drive. I started to set up my laptop when I realised the new hard drive has wiped out my Norton Internet Security! At the moment I'm using the trail version that comes with the laptop.

I bought my Norton Internet Security online and have found the email receipt. How do I re-installed/re-activate the Norton Internet Security I bought back on to my laptop?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Many Thanks

Lil

LiH,

From today you can do even better -- you can install NIS 2012 on the repaired machine and activate it with your 2011 KEY ... No charge for the upgrade!

I just checked and the link you were given points to a document with full instructions and the link for Norton Internet Security does say it will use the Download Manager to install NIS 2012 ....

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thank you very much. I am registered and have now downloaded Norton again...

Cheers!
