Thanks for replying.

I have Norton 360

Hope you can help me.

Thanks

Deborah

Deborah,

if you please could tell us the version of N 360 you have?

With N 360 v6 you can export to .csv from Norton Toolbar menu.

With N 360 v5 this could help:

coExport.exe can be found in the N360 install directory.

C:\Program Files\Norton 360\Engine\5._._.
(the last directory might have different numbers depending on your liveupdate history)

Run coExport.exe to export Identity Safe data to a comma-delimited file.

In the Export Identity Safe Data window you need to type in your Identity Safe password!

If later this eported comma-delimited file is not needed anymore, please make sure to delete it with a safe-erase-tool or encrypt it!

Thank you so much Jo.

I can't thank you enough.  The thought of me losing all my logins horrified me.

I do love Norton, but was so disappointed that the mac version dosen't support indentity safe - i would be lost without it.

Many thanks again.

Deborah
