I've tried searching for this issue but haven't seen it posted, so forgive me if it's redundant.
I installed NSM app on my teen's new Android phone a week ago. I thought everything was working fine, but yesterday I discovered that he can simply open the "incognito" browser mode and surf away with nothing being blocked. I am so worried about this, especially since I can't find a way to disable the incognito mode on the phone.
I have found that when using a PC, everything is blocked even when using the incognito mode, so I was confident that it would also do it on the phone. Please help!

Just wanted to check on this issue to see if it is being worked on or at least looked into. I am very concerned about this loophole and am wondering if I should look for another monitoring solution.
I have the same concern. I want to use Norton Online Family on our family's android phones, but incognito mode on the browser appears to make NOF useless. We're using Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
Norton - please update us on the status here. Any teen can do a quick google search on how to bypass Norton Online Family on Android, and it says to just use Incognito mode. I know that by posting this, I am showing teens how to do it, but it's already out there if they want to find it.
Norton - any information or update on this? I would like to use NOF as it's has the other features I need, and I want to sign up for a premium account. But if the internet filters on Android can be overridden by simply choosing Incognito mode, it doesn't do me any good! Can you at least send me a private message and confirm that this is a known issue, so I can move on?
