I had online family installed on my pc but it stopped working. I tried to reinstall it with 2012 internet security. Every time I try to install online family I get to the agree licence & terms & conditions page. I click agree & it goes to another page with the dog logo, a yellow moving bar & please wait message. This page never finishes to install. I have even left it for 6 hours !!! I dont know why this is happening, Please help someone & tell me what I am doing wrong.
