Help, Partition Magic, Formatting (PQRP), how to recover?

Hello, my name is William, I am using the google translator to communicate in this forum.
After resizing my HD, my partition was inaccessible by windows with formatting PQRP.

I have about 500 GB of files and some very important I need to recover.

How should I proceed?
And convert the partition to NTFS again?
