HI I have nis 2011 18.5.0.125 up to date win7 sp1 up to date. no other security live.
Ive scanned the puss out of machine w/ mbam sas and even win online scanner and norton all fine.
(this started last week suddenly before I even loaded 9).
I I shut off norton virus/fw/antispy it opens right up, then runs, if not it only shows running in task manager.
Im losing my mind please help. i tried adding it to firewall rules in 32 bit and other form but it says its there and one I added I hope I did it right. Ocas after like ten min itll open.
Ive reset all settings in tools opts in ie thought helped at first but didnt I guess.
this happens even after norton loads all up and updates etc.
Thanks for assist Im desperate now. MY xp machine is not doing this w/ same stuff.
the only thing I did recently was remove all java, and all norton stuff is enabled in ext and uness stuff isnt. Ive no tool bars etc I wont run that stuff.
