So I was installing Norton Ghost 15.0 on my new Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit PC
Got an error that read ... No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.
Reading through the forums I see that it is because my useid has a blank in it.
Trying to complete the install so I can do an uninstall .... but it seems to be hung. Can I hit cancel?

Hi,
Yes, cancel. Then clean up the pieces in add / remove programs, if listed, and any folders that were created. Reboot and see if you can do a clean install. If not it may take the Norton Removal Tool to clean up.
www.Norton.com/nrt
This will also remove other Norton products so save it as a last resort.
Keep us posted

That error will not hurt anything. Just run the Security Configuration Tool from the start menu after the install.
