I need some help with authorising my site on Safe Web
I have followed all the instructions in my emails and they match those in a similar post but I still can’t get authorisation.
When I click on the email link to see if the file is available publicly it shows in a browser page and matches the one I was sent from my account page. When I click the link in my account to authorise ownership, I get the window asking me to click OK when the file is loaded in the root directory. When I do I get a message saying authorisation has failed. On my account it shows (not publicly visible) against my email address.
Help please.
