Have subscribed to Norton Internet Security since 2007. Seems I had a virus attack...went through an attempted repair/recovery process...lost lots of data....now back on..can get into Norton site and see subscription..9 months left..took advice re help video...took up 15 day trial of NIS...2 days ago..advice was to do this and the input existing 25 character code to switch on my existing subscription..didnt work ..message indicates this is a different product...so how do I get my subscription working again on the same laptop...and how do I get rid of 15 day trial period(my norton page shows my original sub and trial subscription)..do not want to be paying twice...as you might imagine this has been a bad experince...thought i was protected...all help gratefully received..
