Hi! Sorry if my question have been asked other times but I haven't seen any clear answer.
I have Norton Internet Security 2009 updated always with the latest version under Windows Vista SP1 updated with all the latest updates.
My problem is that sometimes, when I'm not at my PC and I return to it after some time (an hour or 5 minutes), randomly the CPU usage goes to 80/90% and 50/60% of it is for a process called "ccSvcHst.exe". I've seen in this forum that is a common problem. The main solution is uninstalling everything: well, I've done it using the Removal Tool and the problem is still there. As I said, maybe for 3 days it doesn't appear, but then, randomly, appears and goes away after several minutes (15 or 20).
So I tried to solve it using the One-Click help in my Norton product. And here's the second problem. The utility, after the scanning for errors, tells me that the RPC service is disabled and that I have to enable it. I've seen under "services.msc" that it's enabled, so who's right?
Please, help me! Thanks for the answers. Bye!
