Help: reinstalling Norton on a computer that had OS reinstalled

Hey everyone,

Really great forum you got here. I have a problem and was hoping you could shed some light on it....i have a norton subscription paid for up until June 2010. However, i recently had my computer wiped and windows etc re-installed. The thing is the re installed windows came with a Norton trial which, for some reason, replaced my old subscription and the trail is now expired. Now Norton is asking me to pay for a new subscription.

I have a product key and serial number for my old subscription so is there any way i can re activate it?? I know there is a limit to how many computers you can assign one subscription to but i havent changed my computer or anything. Please help!

Cheers,

Joe.

Hi Mcglone :

As long as you have active subscription to your Norton ........you should be able to activate it again.

Just install your Norton product (if you wish to uninstall your current trial).....and enter your product key.

Then , in case , if you receive any error/problem in the process of reactivation , then contact Customer Service at :
