Help! Removing registered devices

Clearly I am missing something thats probably right in front of me but I cannot figure out what. So I ask....how do I go about removing registered devices within the Norton Mobile stuff?

 

If I get a new device; i'll install Norton Mobile and it asks to register device with name but when a name already appears i'm kinda stuck.  I didnt know I had to deactivate the registered device first prior to switch a new device but point being; how do I remove these registered devices?

BTW yes I did go into the Norton Mobile Account, yes I do see 3-7 devices registered and yes I have clicked the arrow to see additional options for the device but I'm not seeing a "remove this device" feature.

 

Also I have typed a query "remove registered device" but no luck and its also not on a FAQ apparently

okay well "clearly" you cannot do this while on a mobile device eh?

 

i had to boot up my laptop (as my desktop was out of commission at the time) and yes I did see the "Wheel" you are referring to, in which yes I can remove device

Now I can re instate Norton Mobile on my smartphone :)

I think you can.  I just logged on to the site from my mobile, got the devices I have registered, went to one,and selected a feature - there at the top right was the gear and the option to remove the device.

 

So you just need to go one more step to find the gear symbol.  :smileywink:
