I tried to renew and upgrade to 360 from Norton AntiVirus 2012 from the Norton Store, but it says my E-mail addresses don't match 
I'm trying to get the 360 for discount $39.99 price, but I can't convince Norton i'm keying in the same e-mail address over and over.
Can I get the discount price when I renew and upgrade? Seems that a return customer should be able to get a 'Good Buddy' discount ( 9 years customer ) .
