Help required on purchase of latest 2012 Internet Security Protection - An APPEAL

Sometime in September 2011 made purchase for renewal of Internet Security Protection of which payment was deducted from my debitcard three times and laid complaint to my banker regarding my challenge. two of the payment was reversed and left with one outstanding payment hanging as i am yet to recieve my software. the issue is not about the payment made but Norton's response is thus:

 

'We are unable to process your order using the credit card supplied. Please make sure you are using one of the credit cards listed and that the required information matches the information on your credit card statement."

 

My account was debited for the value plus taxes deducted. i have just made another payment for another one protection today 18th November 2011 and same scenario played out with my money deducted from my debitcard as i have an alert on my phone.

 

i need help so that Norton will supply me with my software paid for and i will get my banker reverse payment.

 

Must let you know that my Order Details did not proceed further to the confirmation tab but my money was deducted in the month of September and today November 18th, 2011.

 

HELP!!!!!!!!!
