Help screen not available on new version of Norton 360 Android

Updated to latest version of Norton 360 for Android (Dec 14). Running Android 6. Norton 360 version is 5.0.0.5434

When I go to "help" from the 3 bars I get the message "Unable to load. Please check your network connection and try again".

Network connection is fine.

I think I just figured it out. I had the VPN on when I was getting the error message.  When VPN was turned off I was able to get help screen.

Maybe this will help someone else.
