I cannot sign onto Itunes, I followed all of the troubleshooting guides and narrowed the problem down to Norton. I found a guide from Norton to fix this problem however I cannot follow the guide. I am supposed to click on setting, then the network tab and then firewall. BUT I cannot find the firewall. It is not listed. I updated my Norton version in case that was the problem but it didnt help. Can anyone help me? Thanks
