help to identify foreign address in netstat utility report

This address is repeated constantly in a netstat -b report.    Someone suggested it might be a firewall identifier.  Since I use Norton's firewall, I wanted to know if this address belongs to you.

                     ss.iad.ask.com:http  on many  ports

or is this a problem?
