Hi ,
I have nis09 loaded on my pc . Recently i got a popup stating that norton had detected w32.tidserv.g . After this message , my browser keeps opening random webpages and popups . I am not able to run any scans in norton . Once i start a scan it hangs up and doesnt go away either .
I tried running a scan in safe mode but it didnt detect anything . but on rebooting again norton said it detected w32.tidserv.g . I followed the advice of the norton support guy and uninstalled and reinstalled norton but now it doesnt scan and i cant run liveupdate either .
Please tell me how to recover !
