Help Using ghost (ie a ghost image) for Western Digital Blue scorpio blue 320

I can get windows to format the drive and make it active and see it in "my computer."  I am used to using ghost32.exe but I am unable to see the drive. I know I am not the only one out there that had this issue... any help would be great. Thank you.
