We are losing Customers, due to the fact norton advising them our site is untested 
Placed the meta tag in the right place and tried to verify but it keep failing.
I am sure all the writing are correct however still can not verify it.
We have Contacted EKMPowerShop regarding this and they said they can do it for us but they replied that there is an issue and can not be done by them either.
So do you know where I have to contact regarding this? Or maybe your department can verify the safety of our website manually. Our site addresses are :

We should have a green shopping trolley icon on front of our website when being searched on Google.
same as McAfee
Email used to set the account up and verify for the forums was the same as the domain forwarder.
