I need help. My husband opened an email joke from a friend and even with Norton 360 up and running, it now has these problems. It has security threat from Win32/Nugel.E & Banker Fox and Norton says everything is okay but this fake Security Suite has installed itself and it keeps wanting us to purchase from it. I do not know what else to do to get these problems off of the computer. Can someone please help?
