I have norton 360 on desktops, laptops and phones. All of the desktops and laptops and one of the phones shows up in the manage devices list on the norton site. But one phone does not show up. Norton 360 appears to be working on that phone. So why doesn't it show up in the list?
You need to delete the old phone from the Manage my Subscriptions > Manage licenses, not the Devices page. From the Manage licenses list click the trash can beside the old phone to remove that activation.
How long has your wife's new phone had 360 installed? Be sure you have signed into your Norton Account in your wife's new phone.
Using this method it does show my wife's phone. But it is her old phone-not her current phone. I had deleted the old phone using the manage devices so now it doesn't show there.
where do i find the real information-this seems kind of disjointed and incosistent and doesn't give me a warm feeling about norton. I just renewed for another hear and I'm not sure I should have done that.
The Devices page in your Norton Account is notorious for being incorrect.
To get an accurate list of devices, log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right, then click on Manage My Subscriptions. Then find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses to see the list of devices activated on that subscription.
