help im confused!
I purchased an update of Norton secuirity for my computer in June 2011. I have since bought a new computer and have no idea how to get it onto my new computer.
The update I got was for 12 months, I have the email with all the confirmation details, prices etc.
When I go into my account it doesnt come up with my June purchase it only states I have the trail edition.
Also when I look for past purchases its blank.
As i have said I have the email still stating which edition, add ons, prices etc.
So im just wondering how to get it onto my new computer.
Any help would be much appreciated!
