Help with new Internet Security upgrade/update....Microsoft Outlook issue

Hello, I'm Nancy and I'm new here.

 

Since the new upgrade/update, I can't log into Microsoft Outlook.

I screen pops up telling me I haven't set a user profile, and of course I have set one.

It's like a setting has been messed up or something.  :smileysad:

 

It's been happening ever since I had to reboot from the update installation??

 

Can you please help me?
