My PC had a problem and on the PC store they made a format to my PC. I instaled norton 360, made everythin correct and right now i dont have the norton 360 workin because it says that the subscription has passed and i have it right. The thing is that it was installed on the 3 computers(including mine). I cant even click on "my account" the only thing that shows up is "renew" "help" "support". I already searched and couldnt find anything on how to fix this. I appreciate some help, and sorry for my english.

Change your system date:
1. On the Windows taskbar, right-click the clock, and then click Adjust Date/Time.
2. Set the date back to 10 days.
3. Click Apply, and then click OK.
4. Restart the computer.
5. Check whether you are able to click My Account.
If the problem persists, you may need to uninstall the Norton 360 1.0 using the Norton removal tool and install the upgraded version- Norton 360 2.0 .
1. Download a Trialware of Norton 360 2.0 from this Symantec Web Page.
2. Go to this LINK and follow the instructions for uninstall. Run Norton removal tool multiple times(2-3 times) to make sure that all components are completely uninstalled.
3. You can install the trialware and activate it using the same product key. Run LiveUpdate repeatedly until you see the message that no more updates are available.
