I have recently bought and installed Norton internet security 2013,installed it on my laptop exactly how I have done it previously and it all went wrong from there,when my Norton 2012 ran out I installed it and saved the passwords I think it was because I was planning on getting it again soon,in the mean time of not having Norton internet security I downloaded Microsoft security essentials, once I installed 2013 it locked up a few times and wouldn't do anything ,it then deleted some of my files that caused trayapp (something to do with HP) to keep popping up,I did a system restore to go back a few hours so that brought Microsoft essentials back, which I tried to install but wouldn't do it,I decided to do a factory reset on my laptop and never thought about my Norton utilities ,I put that back on my laptop but it wouldn't except my code as its been used on 3 computers, is there away for me to get my full version back because its the trial version that is on my laptop at the moment, I have my disc and code and I would presume it would be on my Norton account what laptops its been on ,please can anyone help.
