I am having random net connection dumps. I check my logs, and I am find at the time of the dumps it seems to beIPV6. I've turned off IPV6, thinking this would be helpful, but the issues still continues.
I'm running, Windows 7 Pro, Belkin (wireless N) router, hardwired, NIS 2010, subscription up to date, 7 years user ofNIS.
I've done complete system scans of all drives, all is well. I'm finding these in my log history. Can someone shed somelight on this please.
This is all what it lists at the time of the Net burp.
4:40pm - First: IP address has disappeared from adapter Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface and is no longer beingprotected. (IP address: (is a long string of letters and numbers)
4:40pm - Second: IP address has disappeared from adapter Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface and is no longerbeing protected. (IP address: (is a long string of letters and numbers)) <--- String of letters and numbers is differentthen the first.
4:40pm - Third: Protecting your connection to a newly detected network on adapter "Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface" (IP address: long string of numbers that matches first item)
4:40pm - Fourth: Protecting your connection to a detected network on adapter "Tunneling Pseduo-Interface (IPaddress: (long string of numbers and letters that matches the second item)
When this happens I see my Comcast cable modem drop to 2 lights (which usually means no connection) then myrouter blinks no connection. I am hoping that someone here has experience with this and can shed some light onwhy this seems to happen. Calling my ISP would be like calling a kindergarten class to save the world. (hopeless-- sorry Comcast)
At first it seemed I would get an update then this would happen, but I am not so sure of that anymore, because thetimes have not matched in sometime now.
Appreciate your ideas on this :)
Thanks!
