Post moved to its own thread.
When selecting Google I am redirected to Yahoo developer site.
There does not seem to be a common cause, to this one.
It is just a fact some systems have found they have a handful of objects to remove (registry keys, files etc.) basically just make sure the system is clean, then after that Reset the Router changing the DNS Nameservers.
OK.

Hello Quads,
I want to follow your instructions carefully. To clarify, when you say Make sure your system is clean, can you provide more detail? Regarding Norton, it is not reporting any virus or errors.
Yes, I did restart my cable modem and router, it does go away temporary. However a day or so after, the problem reoccurs (select Google search and I am redirected.)
Your help is appreciated. Please let me know how I might provide you with the information you need to assist.
Regards,
JK
