I seem to have a problem verifying my site. I posted the file Norton sent me in my root directory with the appropriate text that I got in the email but it keeps saying that the site ownership could not be verified.
When I click on the link in the email
Verify that the file is publicly available at:
http://customshadesails.com/nortonsw_96d503d0-fa43-0.html
it seems to be publicly available.
Can anyone help. The main thing I want to get done is to have the green check next to my website in search engines instead of the grey check. I have had a few customers call me to place their order on the phone and ask why my site is "questionable"
