Help with Software Problem

I don't know how to approach this problem.   When I click my link to Norton Internet Security, the window that appears gives me the option under Computer Protection to Scan Now.   The next window lists three options....  Quick Scan, Full System Scan and Custom Scan.  When I click Full System Scan, nothing happens.   I can still get results when I click Quick Scan or Custom Scan.   I've been using Custom Scan as a backup but I'd like to have access to the Full System Scan from the getgo.

 

Also, my Scan Scheduled feature isn't working, which I have set for once every day.   I have to do that manually now through Custom Scan.  The result of my problem is I'm not getting the full features of what my Norton software should provide.
