Greatly appreciate any help possible! I bought this computer with Windows 8 already Installed and I cant afford to go and Install it over again!
I was experiencing trouble with my Windows update so I troubleshooted it and this message showed up:
Potential Database Error detected 0x80070490 - NOT FIXED
Windows Update components must be repaired - FIXED
I ran it again and the same thing. Now because of this I cant download Apps from the App store.
Can Norton fix this for me? Can Norton preform the functions of Windows Update (like allowing me to install apps etc)? or can I do something... anything to fix this without spending money?
I am a student who bought this laptop to use for school and I need to get book apps to use! I really need your help! I am using Windows 8 64bit.
