My sons laptop has played up and we have got the BSoD, we have tried loads of things and the outcome was we restored it to monday night when all was well. The problem now is that we have had to install Norton 360 again. The first bit went OK then it said to uninstall existing Norton software we did but still being told to uninstall Norton Internet security the one item that is left is Norton 360 and it has no MB showing and when uninstall is pressed a box appears saying "The specified modual could not be found"
If anyone has any ideas please help

A systme restore can break the Norton products so I would first sugggest to run the norton removal tool. On the website search just type "Norton Removal tool' click the first one that shows up and select your product. After you run the tool then reinstall your software. Let me know if this helps.
