I had Norton Internet Security for years and had no issues.  My latest renewal I went with Norton 360 cause it sounded better but I've had several issues since then.  The most aggravating is that when I'm online (I use Mozilla) and click a link it randomly opens another tab with 'spam' on it.  I am not trying to link to another page... just moving around one site.  Some of these sites are really bad and would have been stopped/blocked by my previous Norton product but apparently 360 let's them through... AND it never notifies me that there was an issue which leads me to believe it doesn't even recognize them.  I am VERY frustrated but I have paid for a full years subscription and have 8+ months to go. Is there a fix to this?

My other issue is that with Internet Security I could access a menu and store passwords or see how long it had been since it updated or force an update.  I can't seem to find anything similar with 360 - it is incredibly un-user friendly in my opinion.  Is there anyway to switch from 360 back to Internet Security?

Welcome,
What you are describing doesn't sound like a problem with your Norton product. Have you run a scan with Malwarebytes free scanner?

http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

or the one from SuperAntiSpyware?

Welcome,

Not sure what site that would be or where to find it if it exists.

I would expect nfr codes to be controlled and perhaps sent to sepcific individuals by staff members.

There was a previous version of the norton zone Just wondering what happened to that site.
