What happened to the norton test site that taught you information about the product and gave you nfr codes???

My other issue is that with Internet Security I could access a menu and store passwords or see how long it had been since it updated or force an update.  I can't seem to find anything similar with 360 - it is incredibly un-user friendly in my opinion.  Is there anyway to switch from 360 back to Internet Security?

What you are describing doesn't sound like a problem with your Norton product. Have you run a scan with Malwarebytes free scanner?

Welcome,

Not sure what site that would be or where to find it if it exists.

I would expect nfr codes to be controlled and perhaps sent to sepcific individuals by staff members.

All things being equal I suspect that the one foum that is currently available is all you will find now.
