Hey everyone:
i registered my card for the trial of Norton Anti-Virus 2011 but there was a problem with the downloading, so i couldn't download it. Now, i want to Opt-out, but there isn't any check box and update in my products listing in my account, because the file was never downloaded. would Norton still charge me after the 30 days period, even though I never downloaded the Norton Anti-virus 2011. Please I need some help as soon as possible.
