Helper Password

Hi,

I have recently purchased Norton 360 and am having trouble downloading the protection onto my MacBook Air

Does anyone know where I can get the password for the new helper tool?

Sorry I am unable to provide you with a screen shot because I'm not sure how.

Hello Heather. That password, according to this article. In step # 2 (Omit step #1) it should be your admin password on MAC.
