My computer is freezing and crashed twice yesterday. When it crashed it took all my music, pictures, and movies. I ran a virus scan, it came up with heuristic virus. I saw in a post to scan with www.gmer.net. I did and during the scan, my computer blacked and rebooted. The first time I was able to get this message on a blue screen: "pwlyypod.sys" I assumed that is the virus. I have no recovery disc and cannot afford to have it removed. I am trying to do it myself. I was able to do the last one. I need help, please!
