Hi i have aproblem with prchasing a product

 i have a problem wish u can help, i bought a norton av 2011 and then i was sent the invoice on my email then i recieved a cancellation message that my order was cancelled , though i didnt cancel the order and i recieved a message from my bank that the money ?was taken from my account !!!! and i didnt recieve any thing , then i got another email of confirmation that i recieved the product though i didnt !!!! what should i do ? i lost my money and didnt recieve the product , i tried to contact the cust. support but i always get the ask n... window which was useless what to do ? i tried to send an email but they asked for the product key which i didnt even recieve so i couldnt send an email because i dont have the product key i have only the invoice numberi need ur help please,reply me back as soon as possible please
