Hi,
Welcome to Norton Community. There is no restriction to share a license. But remember the subscription days start ticking as soon as the activation is done in the first PC. But share the Product Key safely.
Hi !!
you can purchase Norton 360 5.0 1-User/3PCs for only 33$ from http://brezh.com/0y
I purchased it last week and it has to be best antivirus out there.
These were my thoughts exactly until my subscription expired today and I found that the whole package stops working. This never used to be the case with Norton, nor indeed with any other antivirus software I've ever owned. It used to be the software continued to function but the updates were not availalbe. Will now be switching back to McAfee providing they haven't also stooped to such depths.
I wouldn't do that--over two decades as an IT leader has shown me that Norton offers you the best protection--but obviously that choice is yours.
It is not, however, accurate to characterize the Norton subscription as less favorable than it used to be: as rapidly as new threats develop these days, and expired but still "fully functional" copy of Norton would be providing you only the illusion of security within a month or two, so the old licensing strategy ultimately became overcome by events. The solution that Norton came up with was to sell us a subscription to a service: full, current Norton protection for the subscription term. And this service started including something that wasn't available under the old terms, which is infinitely more valuable than a security suite with out-of-date definitions: free updates to any major version releases that come out during the term of your subscription, historically at least one per year. That means that in a few months, when Norton 360 v.6 comes out of Beta testing, you'll be able to get it free, with your current subscription, for every one of the up-to-three installs your license now entitles you to.
Think twice before you jump ship! The waters aren't so warm and friendly....
