Toolbar went away approx. month ago. I have Win-7, IE-11, 64bit, Norton 360. Several times a fast message has shown up stating to regain toolbar w/indenity safe etc. click here. I click there and nothing happens. I have a partial new toolbar w/search, vault is open, site is secure. Is that the new toolbar? Thank you in advance
