hibiki.dll help?

Hey there everyone. Hopefully someone can give me a hand with this.

So in the past day I've gotten repeated request from Norton to restart in order to process a security risk. Looking into it, turns out the culprit is a hacktool called hibiki.dll. Now Norton has continued to contain the threat and block it but seems unable to actually remove it for whatever reason. Now I've also got Malwarebytes running on my computer and it can't find it easier.

I guess I'm looking for advice on what to do. Should I just continue on as usual and not worry about it or is this a priority to remove? If the latter is the case then how is the best say to go about getting rid of it? When I googled the name of the file I didn't really come up with anything useful. Should I just decide to do a system restore if all else fails?

Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
