Hidden NIS 21.0.2.1 Rootkit after uninstall

Just removed NIS 21.0.2.1 and installed the latest Avast 2014, and Avast find there are Hidden Rootkit from NIS and the boot log show hidden files too.....Is Norton/Symantec doing NSA things??

What Avast may have found is debris Norton files.  In some cases one security software can assess another security software’s files or behaviour as malicious.

Have you run the Norton removal tool and restarted the computer?
