High HDD I/O (again), what the h*ll is Norton AntiVirus do..?

The situation is same as my previous thread and still no solution until now...

My previous thread http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/High-I-O-HDD-usage-what-the-h-ll-is-my-Norton-Antivirus-do/m-p/473174/highlight/false#M161470

Using the latest version and I've done everything in regular basis...

Using DiskPulse software and this thing always happened while Windows startup and some time when in idle state...

I just want to know which features cause and how to disable it...!!!
